Today I want to share a fun technique that we will call the Stamped One Sheet Wonder. If you have been making cards for a while, you have probably heard the Term One Sheet Wonder. This refers to cutting up a sheet of patterned DSP and making a bunch of cards with the pieces. For this version of the technique, you stamp your own background and make four quick cards.
Here is one of the finished cards and then I’ll explain how we get there.
When you use the Stamped One Sheet Wonder technique, you start with a blank piece of cardstock. I used a piece of Basic White cut to 10.25″ x 8″ because I wanted 5 1/4″ x 4″ panels for my finished cards. The basic concept is to stamp in the middle going both vertically and horizontally. You start with your largest stamps and move on to the smaller ones to fill in the gaps. I love the little detail stamps in the Fragrant Layers stamp set. They are probably meant to be stamped in the center of the flowers, but I’m using them here to fill the spaces between the flowers and leaves.
I like this technique because you can pick your own color combos! Once you are happy with your stamping, cut the panels. Mine were cut to 5 1/4″ x 4″ which I further cropped to mat the panel in the finished card. I added my sentiment to a circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Both the sentiment and scalloped shape die are from the Scalloped Blooms Bundle.

- Flowers: Strawberry Slush and Bubble Bath
- Leaves: Lemon Lime Twist
- Dots: Secret Sea
- Cardstock: Secret Sea and Strawberry Slush
